«Mr. Dormitory 2026»: Traditions and new names

The annual «Mr. Dormitory 2026» competition, one of the most anticipated events for international students of our University, was successfully held in Dormitory № 3. Starting from the early morning, the air was filled with anticipation, and the participants had a pleasant sense of excitement. This year, students from India – Venkatesulu Rakesh (group Ш-203a) and Majjaru Chandrakanth (group И-112a), as well as Muhammet Hezretov (group И-207a) from Turkmenistan – competed for the honorable title.

 

The competition started with a wonderful performance of a song by Aygozel Agamamеdova. The students demonstrated their talents in a variety of challenges: athletic, creative, and intellectual. Their drawings, songs, and dances captivated both the jury and the audience, who actively supported the contestants.

 

Each participant's performance was vibrant and memorable. The jury, which included E.V. Rankovich (Deputy Dean for Ideological and Educational Work of the Faculty of International Students), Majid Н. Farkhat (Teaching assistant of the Department of Human Anatomy with the course of Operative Surgery and Topographic Anatomy), S.M. Burlak (Social Pedagogue), Babahan Serdarbegov (Chairman of the Student Council for Turkmen Students), Kati Kavya (Group И-603a), and Makhesh Sanjay Parchuri (Chairman of the Student Council), faced a challenging task.

Competition Results:

• «Mr. Dormitory 2026» – Muhammet Hezretov (Group И-207a);

• «Vice-Mr. 2026» – Majjaru Chandrakanth (group И-112a);

• 2nd place – Venkatesulu Rakesh (group SH-203a).

In addition to the main awards, diplomas were awarded in various categories:

• Venkatesulu Rakesh was awarded diplomas in the categories «Mr. Accuracy», «Mr. Audience Choice», and «Mr. Originality».

• Majjaru Chandrakanth received a diploma in the category «Mr. Talent».

• Muhammet Hezretov, in addition to the main title, was awarded diplomas in the categories «Mr. Athlete» and «The Hope of the Country».

 

«Mr. Dormitory 2026» competition brought a lot of positive emotions to everyone present and filled the dorm with a cheerful atmosphere. Besides, the competition strengthened friendships among the students.
