Rules for admission of foreign citizens to doctoral studies
Form: daytime.
Duration: not more than three years.
Training is provided in Russian.
Foreign citizens entering the doctoral program must have an identity document and the original of the Ph.D. diploma (Doctorof Philosophy (Ph.D) and present them upon admission to the doctoral program in person.
The person entering the doctoral program must make a scientific report in the structural unit of the institution of scientific-oriented education, corresponding to the profile of his research, which summarizes the results of scientific research on the topic of the proposed dissertation and justifies the timing of its implementation.
List of documents for admission to doctoral studies:
- Application addressed to the head of the educational institution
- Autobiography
- A copy of the national diploma of a candidate of science, the national diploma of a doctor of philosophy (Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) (or a document of a foreign state awarding a degree)
- List and copies of the main published scientific works on the profile of the proposed dissertation (copies of materials and (or) abstracts of reports at scientific, scientific and practical conferences, congresses, symposia and other similar events.)
- Monographs, materials related to intellectual property objects registered in accordance with the established procedure (also reports on research and development, acts (certificates) on the use of scientific development results, confirming the practical implementation of scientific research results, documents confirming participation in the implementation of state programs of scientific research, scientific and technical programs and innovative projects in priority areas of scientific research or priority areas of scientific and technical activity (if any).
- Plan for the preparation of a dissertation, designed to complete the dissertation during the term of study in doctoral studies
- Reviews of two doctors of science whose research directions are close to the topic of the dissertation (reviews should contain an assessment of the relevance of the topic, the validity of the proposed plan for preparing the dissertation and the possibility of preparing the dissertation during the term of study in doctoral studies)
- Two 4 x 6cm photographs;
- Conclusion of the medical advisory commission issued by the territorial health organization of the Republic
- Conclusion of the medical advisory commission issued by the territorial health organization of the Republic of Belarus (after passing the mandatory medical examination)
- Medical report on the state of health and certificate of absence of HIV infection (issued by the official health authority of the country from which the candidate for doctoral studies arrived)
- A copy of the passport or a document replacing it, a document confirming the right to stay in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, a compulsory health insurance contract.
Documents executed in a foreign language shall at the same time be accompanied by their translation into Belarusian or Russian certified by a notary.
