Rules for admission of foreign citizens to the magistracy

Admission to advanced higher education is carried out on the basis of agreements on the training of a specialist on a paid basis, concluded by the university with foreign citizens and stateless persons, or with their representatives in accordance with the legislation and international treaties of the Republic of Belarus.
Admission is based on the results of an interview that establishes the level of proficiency in Russian or Belarusian and on the basis of grades in a higher education diploma obtained in specialized disciplines of the specialty.
Training is provided in Russian.

Application addressed to the rector of the university;

Originals of a higher education diploma and its appendices issued in the Republic of Belarus or an education document indicating the studied academic disciplines and their volume, marks (points) obtained on them issued in a foreign state, and a certificate of recognition of an education document issued in a foreign state and establishing its equivalence (compliance) with the education document of the Republic of Belarus
- The conclusion of the medical advisory commission issued by the territorial health organization of the Republic of Belarus (after passing a mandatory medical examination in the direction of a higher educational institution);

A medical report on the state of health and a certificate of the absence of HIV infection issued by the official health authority of the country from which the candidate came to study;

A copy of the identity document certified in accordance with the established procedure, the identity document is presented personally;

4 photos measuring 3 x 4 cm;

Compulsory health insurance contract.
Documents executed in a foreign language, if they are legalized or apostilled, should be accompanied by a notarized translation into one of the state languages of the Republic of Belarus.
Upon successful completion of a master's degree (by decision of the state examination commission for the defense of a master's thesis), the degree "Master" is awarded and a diploma of the appropriate type is issued.
