Liliya Alekseevna Kosteyko led the psychiatry course for the first time. She earned a degree in 1958 from the Minsk State Medical Institute. worked in the Gomel Psychiatric Dispensary from 1959 until 1961. Clinical resident and graduate student in the psychiatry division of the Minsk State Medical Institute (1965–1968). "The Development of Psychiatry in Belarus from the End of the 10th/18th Century to 1960 of the 20th Century" was the subject of her 1970 dissertation as a Medical Sciences candidate. Bronsky Vladimir Ivanovic earned a degree from the I.M. Sechenov, first Moscow State Medical University in 1970. Associate professor and candidate in medical sciences (1983). Author of more than a hundred books on science and education. 2009–2012 was the first head of the Department of Medical Psychology, Narcology, and Psychiatry.
Shilova Oksana Vladimirovna earned a degree in 1990 from Grodno State Medical Institute. Head of Gomel Medical University's Psychiatry and Medical Psychology Program (2004–2009). Medical Science Candidate (2006), Associate Professor (2011). (2010) Belarusian Psychiatric Association member. From 2012 until 2018, was the head of the Department of Psychiatry, Narcology, and Medical Psychology.

Skvira Ivan Mikhailovic earned a degree in 1976 from the Grodno State Medical Institute. Associate Professor (2005), Medical Sciences Candidate (2002). Medical Science Doctor (2014). Belarusian Psychotherapy Association member. Since 2004, he has been in the highest category doctor. "Best Psychotherapist 2014". author of more than 295 published works, including 23 patents for inventions, 12 teaching aids, and two textbooks. Head of Gomel Medical University's Psychiatry and Medical Psychology Program (2018–2025).

Hmara Nataliya Viktorovna earned a degree in 1998 from the Vitebsk State Order of Friendship of Peoples Medical Institute. Belarusian Psychiatric Association member (2005). Head of the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery's Psychiatry Course, which offers courses in psychiatry, rehabilitation, and the Faculty of Advanced Training and Professional Development (2018–2025). Since 2019, the doctor has been in the highest category. Medical Sciences Candidate (2023).
