A preventative meeting with international students was held in Dormitory No. 5.

On January 28 a preventative raid was conducted at Dormitory No. 5. It was organized by Natalia Aleksandrovna Kryukova an inspector from the Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons Group of the Citizenship and Migration Department of the Sovietsky District Administration of Gomel with the assistance of Irina Viktorovna Chernyavskaya a teacher.

Specialists held preventative talks with international students aimed at preventing offenses and crimes. Particular attention was paid to explaining the procedure for revoking temporary residence permits, the mechanisms of deportation and expulsion, and the period of entry bans to the Republic of Belarus for violations of the law.

Furthermore, students were given recommendations on maintaining personal and property security, specifically on how to avoid becoming victims of cybercrime. The discussion focused on smoking, alcohol, and drug prevention, as well as safe behavior in icy conditions. Students had the opportunity to ask questions and receive expert answers from the inspector.
