From Practice to Science: Gomel State Medical University Clinical Residents at a Conference

At the Department of Internal Medicine No. 1 with courses in endocrinology and hematology, 22 clinical residents from Morocco, Nigeria, the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Canada, Russia, and Ukraine are studying.

In addition to undergoing practical training in medical institutions, clinical residents are actively involved in research activities and participate in scientific conferences.

On January 23, Maldivian clinical residents Mohamed Mushaaid and Tasneem Rashidh participated in the 26th scientific and practical conference "Clinical Residency – A Step to Perfection" at the Saratov State Medical University named after V.I. Razumovsky of the Russian Ministry of Health. They presented a report on an interesting clinical case in rheumatology.
