In 1996, he graduated from the State University of Gomel, F. Scorina. In 2006, he graduated from the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of the Staff of the U.S., the State University of Gomel, in the field of law.

C 1999 2024 - Service in the internal affairs agencies, in posts: Senior Logistics Unit Inspector, Deputy Battalion Commander, Technical and Logistics. In 2019, he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel of the Police.

Since March January 2025- Vice-President Gomel State Medical University.
