Tuition fees

To pay for tuition fee by bank card and receive an invoice for payment, please contact the accounting department (5 Lange Street, main building, 3rd floor, office № 318, Tatyana Petrovna Akulich, tel.: +375 232 35-97-45).

A letter with a link for making payment is sent to the email address specified by student.

The WEBPAY secure server establishes an encrypted connection via the secure TLS protocol and confidentially accepts the client's payment card data (card number, cardholder name, expiration date and CVC/CVC2 bank card control number).

After making payment using a bank card, you must save the received card checks (payment confirmations) for verification with the statement from the card account (in order to confirm the transactions made in the event of a dispute).

In case you have not received an invoice (payment failed), or if you have cancelled your order, you must contact us by phone: +375 232 35-97-45.

In case of expulsion from the University, the funds deposited for tuition fee, taking into account the actual period of study for which the fee was paid, are subject to return only in case of expulsion from the University at your own request for the following reasons:

- impossibility of continuing education due to the death or serious illness of the person providing the payment;

- health reasons (inability to continue education for medical reasons) based on a certificate from a Medical Advisory Commission.

- impossibility of arriving in the country to continue education due to circumstances beyond the control of the student.

In case of payment by bank payment card, the refund is made to the card from which the payment was made.

Upon enrollment in the university for the 1st year of study, tuition fee is paid for the first semester of the year within 3 days from the date of signing a study contract in the amount of 50% of the tuition fee established by the order of the Rector of the University for 1st year students, regardless of the date of enrollment.

A foreign citizen who has been reinstated in the University from another university pays tuition fee for the period of study from the moment (date) of reinstatement.

Further on, tuition fee must be paid within the following timeframes:

• For the first semester – from July 1 to September 14 of the current academic year in the amount of 50% of the tuition fee;

• For the second semester – from January 1 to February 28 of the current academic year in the amount of 50% of the tuition fee.

When transferring funds from a student’s home country, one should keep in mind terms of the transfer of funds, as well as possible commission fees of intermediary banks. Money paid in excess of the cost of tuition fee for the semester is not refundable; it is transferred to the account of payment for tuition fee for the next semester.

In case of late payment, a penalty of 0.1% of the amount owed is charged for each day of delay. Penalties for late payment of tuition fee are accrued from September 15 and March 1 for the first and second semesters, respectively.

The tuition fee does not include! payment for accommodation in a student hostel, medical insurance, medical examination, registration within the citizenship and migration authorities.

Additional payment is made for repeated passing of current and final certification, elimination of academic arrears (retakes of exams and working off missed classes for an unexcused reason, academic discrepancies).

Other expenses include:

Accommodation in a University hostel per month – from 50 US dollars.

Registration (maximum term – 1 year) – 50-70 US dollars.

Processing of an exit/entry visa (single entry) – 35 US dollars.

Medical examination – 100 US dollars.

Compulsory medical insurance (covers expenses for emergency medical care only) – 220 US dollars per year (except for citizens of the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan).

Visa (if visa is issued upon arrival at Minsk National Airport) – 140-200 US dollars for up to 15 days.

Accommodation expenses, including food, transportation, etc., are approximately 200-400 US dollars per month.

In addition, it is necessary to remember the costs of winter clothing and footwear, a notarized translation of the necessary documents upon enrollment, medical care (if necessary).

Use of all educational, information, sports and cultural infrastructure of the University is free of charge.
